James B. Comey Sworn in as Latest Director of FBI

     President Barack Obama introduced former federal prosecutor James B. Comey as the new Director of the FBI on September 4th. President Obama praised Comey's work as an attorney and his dedication to the Bureau's core values of "fidelity, bravery, and integrity". Comey accepted the nomination while thanking his family and praising the hard working individuals of the Bureau. Comey promised to withhold the traditions that previous director Robert Mueller has started since 2001, along with constantly attempting to make the FBI better than they were. Comey is the 7th Director of the modern Bureau.
